Why Live in the Anthem Country Club?
The Anthem Country Club has seen tremendous positive response from buyers as it nears builder close-out. Many residents of Anthem Parkside have moved to the Country Club in the last 6 months because they knew that this exclusive community will hold its value even though new home builders are selling lots in other areas around the Anthem Country Club. With private, quiet streets, guard gated entrances, mountain and desert views, two high quality county club facilities and not one, but two golf courses, the Anthem Country Club is a desert treasure difficult to replicate by other builders.
Scottsdale Quality for Less
Though Anthem is 30-45 minutes from Scottsdale, the home prices are much more reasonable here. But reasonable home prices do not translate into lower quality or less amenities. You’ll still get world class facilities, golf courses designed by Greg Nash and managed by Troon, and personalized attention and service at the club facilities. Sometimes it’s just the small things, like fresh towels every time you hit the pool, to the bigger things like specialized golf conditioning programs and members-only practice ranges.
Some Anthem Country Club residents think its better here. Anthem is a bit removed from the congested streets and parking lots of Phoenix, and the slight elevation change makes Anthem a few degrees cooler than the rest of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Don’t Lose Your Chance to Own a New home in the Anthem Country Club
There are many beautiful homes available for resale in the Anthem Country Club, but if you want the chance to be the first to live in your home, architect your own back yard, and start your decorating from a clean slate, consider buying one of the remaining spec homes or lots.
Spec home prices also include great incentives, especially if you buy homes that are closing within the next 30-90 days. Price incentives can exceed $80,000 for some homes. In addition, you’ll save even more if you choose to use the builder’s financing.
But one of the best reasons for golfers to buy a new home in the Anthem Country Club is the free non-transferable golf memberships available to new-homeowners, valued at $20,000 or more.
Though some of the spec homes are completed, or close to completion, you still have a chance to pick carpet and tile in some newly built spec homes in the Anthem Country Club. In some of the spec homes that have been completed, carpet and tile is chosen by designers and generally is of a neutral color.
Why You Should be Represented by your Own Agent
When you buy a new home from the builder, that nice agent that greets you at the door is pretty much a salesperson working directly for the builder. The Builder’s Agent Does Not Represent you. You have the option to have your own agent, free of charge that will help you pick your home, your lot and your options, as well as making sure that your purchase experience is as problem-free as possible. Your own agent will alert you when you are about to choose a lot that could potentially be difficult to re-sell and make sure you understand the ramifications of some options you may choose. Your agent can help you with some of the move-in details and recommend service providers to help personalize your new home.
