The Deer Valley Airport is located off of Deer Valley near the I-17 and 101 loop interchange. This area which reaches north to the new Happy Valley area is home to light industry, warehousing, commercial and new office complexes.
This area has been undergoing a big facelift over the last few years. Heavy road construction on 19th avenue is turning this once narrow road into a major traffic route. The new office complexes opening will soon be attracting more companies considering relocating to the Nort Valley.
