Anthem Parkside is a series of neighborhoods designed around local park areas in Anthem. Parkside homes are within walking distance to schools and contain walking and bike trails throughout the community. Neighborhood parks are a local gathering spot.
Parkside homes tend to be lower in price than the Anthem Country Club, though there are some parkside homes that have been very well-appointed. Anthem Parkside homes can be 1 or 2 story, and though many have smaller lots, there are some very large lots (over 12,000 square feet).

Anthem Parkside spans the area both east and west of I-17. When you search for homes in Anthem, location is important. Some homes are within walking distance to the Anthem Community Center, High School and shopping. Other homes are in a quieter area, away from most business districts. Homes on the west side of the community may be nearby schools and shopping, while others are in a remote area with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Anthem has some nice alternatives if you don’t want the upkeep of a yard. There are 2-story patio homes and condos and townhomes, and most are at the lower price point.

Anthem’s CLAIM TO FAME is the Anthem Community Center and the Anthem Park. The community center was built in 1999 for all Anthem residents and includes a workout facility, full size basketball court, meeting and classrooms, an olympic size pool and diving facility, and a waterpark with slides and fun contraptions for the small set. The Anthem Park is a great place for community festivals but also attracts hundreds of residents a day, with baseball fields, a playground, a catch-and-release fishing lake, a skate park, a roller hockey rink, and a working railroad!
The monthly homeowner association fees for Parkside residents is $78. It covers the use of the community center and community park, local parks and common areas. Even if you don’t use the park or community center, you’ll appreciate the work our landscapers do to make the community look good.
Several years ago, Anthem made news for the number of multi-generational families that live in Anthem. One member of an extended family moves to Anthem, and convinces others in the family to move to the community as well. This happens over and over because of the wonderful sense of community Anthem has and its ability to attract residents of all ages.
