December 3, 2011. The number of homes for sale in Anthem remains low.  With just 213 homes for sale,  buyers are still scrambling to pick up the best deals.   76 homes sold in Anthem in November, making the number of months of inventory at a little less than 3.  That puts Anthem squarely in the “Seller’s Market” category.

Now granted, our short sales and bank owned sales continue to keep prices down, but there is some room for home sellers to price a little higher, as long as the home is in immaculate condition.

The average Price per square foot for homes was $89 last month, which is slightly lower than November a year ago ($90).
